Debt Freedom Date

1. Data we collect

When you use Debt Freedom Date, we collect the debt information you enter (names, balances, APR, minimum payments) and your monthly budget. This data is stored in our database to generate your results and PDF report. We do not collect your name or email address unless you contact us directly.

2. How we use your data

Your debt data is used solely to calculate your debt payoff plan and generate your PDF report. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Payment data

Payments are handled by Paddle.com. We do not store your credit card or payment details. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

4. Data retention

Your debt plan data is stored for up to 90 days to allow you to access your results. After this period it may be deleted.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database), Anthropic Claude (AI insights generation), Paddle (payment processing), and Render (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie solely for security purposes (CSRF protection). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@debtfreedomdate.net.
